The Charging management platform is a cloud-based control and administration tool, that is completely maintenance-free. Once you purchase the platform, we provide a setup service for charger configuration. After that, any updates or troubleshooting will be handled remotely by the STUART customers service team.
No, the charger is not meant to be dissembled or repaired in any way. In case of hardware failure, the charger is replaced with a new one following the conditions of the warranty.
